This procedure resets their software and should eliminate any issues they are experiencing.


1. Click on the Gear Icon on the top right of the browser

2. Select Internet Options from the menu.

3. Under the Browsing history section click settings

4. On the next dialogue select view files

This opens a folder on the Windows machine.

5. From the search bar on the top right search for search4less

This will display all of the search4less cookies. 

6.  Select all and delete.


Next 


1. Open Internet explorer.

2. Navigate to www.search4less.ie

 This should bring you to the login screen

3. Ask the user to login with their credentials.
